Evulu supports you in developing relevant solutions for relevant problems. But the tool can of course not not produce ready-to-implement solutions or take over the evaluation process.
If you want to activate the creative potential of your employees and capitalize on their collective intelligence, you have come to the right place.
After you have registered and chosen one of our subscription plans, you will need to enter some more important details (e.g. your preferred payment method). Once all the data is complete and validated, you are ready to go.

Pricing & Payment

The prices depend on the scope and the functions of a service package. Generally, we distinguish between 4 such packages. The main difference is the number of seats / users that can be added to a team.
At present, you have the possibility to pay directly by credit card.
The team owner is responsible for the payments. After all, (s)he is the one with whom we have the contract.

The total costs depend on the chosen subscription model. But there are no hidden fees. You pay what you see. That’s it.

The users who were invited by the Team or Challenge Owner do not have to pay anything.
The Team Owner finds his/her invoice(s), the current service package, and the selected payment method under the team settings. All other users don’t have to worry about this.
Absolutely. Changes to the subscription model are implemented immediately (and not only at the start of the next subscription period). This means: You only pay for the seats you actually use.

We offer support services to all our customers. This includes: a demand-oriented support of the Team Owner / Project Owner in the onboarding process | a tour for all our users when using Evulu for the first time | a quick response to inquiries and problems as well as | tips & tricks for the optimal use of Evulu via our newsletter.
Due to the scope of the selected package, support requests from our enterprise customers have a particularly high priority. However, we would like to emphasize that there are no unimportant customers for us and we try to answer every request within 1-2 working days.
